Even though there are way more epic hiking and trekking opportunities in South America, thanks to the Andes mountain range, there are still a large array of incredible trails in Central America too. This region is home to hundreds of mountains, volcanoes (both active and dormant), and tropical rainforests where you can enjoy fantastic views, waterfalls and wildlife.
